
To use your own error page you must first create the page you want displayed. All error pages may be created through the cpanel control panel. The cpanel control panel is located by typing http://www.yourdomainname.com/cpanel , then logging in with your user name and password. |

The Internet Explorer generic message is displayed instead of my custom error page. Microsoft assumes you would rather see their 404 message instead of the 404 message designed by the web site owner. Internet Explorer is currently shipping with this default. To change the default setting: |
